Standing Meditation

Standing with your feet about shoulder width apart, keeping your spine straight, tucking your seat in, bend your knees slightly.

Hold your hands out in front of you with your elbows bent, slightly above waist level.

Now inhale deeply into your hara, the point of your power about two inches below your navel. Feel the earth energy rise up from your feet.

Exhale, feeling the energy flow out through your hands. You may experience a tingling sensation.
